How to Assemble Hismith Premium Sex Machine

I’m trying to figure out how to reassemble the machine back together from the sliders to the knobs

The thrusting arm does not attach to the machine very well. The screw to tighten it in place never tightens and it feels like its threads are broken. Also, the arm only inserts maybe an inch before snagging on something. Been quite disappointed with it, constantly falls out.

i feel that this is beyond poor in the setup and there are no other assembly guides. you dont show how to set up the thrusting rod

Good morning, Yesterday I had a Hismith AK-01 delivered, and I have constructed it as according to the manual. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be working. The power supply unit seems fine - the on/off button on the controller lights up. Unfortunately the arm is not moving. I have re-read the manual and watched the set up video, but I can't see anything that I've missed out. Please could you contact me as soon as possible to chat about this? Many thanks! Jaybird
