2. What is the warranty on Hismith products?
Hismith offers a limited warranty on all of our products, covering defects in material or workmanship. The warranty period typically lasts for one year from the date of purchase. Paid repair services are also available after the warranty period. For more details, please refer to the warranty information included with your device.

3. How long does it take to receive my Hismith product after ordering?
• Free Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Available in the US, UK, and EU (non-remote areas).
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Available in the same regions.
• Remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, islands outside mainland Spain) and other countries: Only international shipping is available, usually around 15 days, with shipping costs depending on your location.
• Products that are not available in local warehouses will be shipped internationally.
• Military addresses (APO/FPO) and PO boxes are not supported.
• Possible Delays: Please allow extra time during holidays, customs checks, or unforeseen events. -
4. Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All Hismith products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand names or product details visible, ensuring your privacy.

5. Do you offer self-pickup service?
We do not offer direct self-pickup service. However, our partnered couriers provide pickup point options in some regions. If you would like to pick up your order yourself, please contact our customer service before placing your order, and we will arrange a suitable pickup solution for you as soon as possible.

6. Can I choose a specific courier?
We select the most efficient shipping method based on your order. If you have a special request, please add it to your order notes or contact customer service before placing your order. We will try to accommodate where possible.

7. Why haven’t I received a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email once your order is processed. If you don’t receive one, please log in to your account and check your order details. If still unavailable, contact our customer service team.

Log in to My Account on our website, go to Order History, and select the order to view details.

9. Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some items may ship in separate packages due to size or warehouse handling. If you received only part of your order, please wait — the rest will arrive soon.

10. What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
Please contact our customer service and provide your order information along with relevant photos or videos. We will handle your issue as soon as possible.

If your device experiences any issues, please ensure it is properly charged or connected. If the problem persists, you can contact Hismith customer service for assistance. We recommend sending a short video showing the issue and a screenshot of your order details to us. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible to help resolve your problem.

12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within the first hour after purchase. Cancellations made after one hour will incur a 5% handling fee. If the order has already been shipped, domestic orders will incur a 10% fee, while international orders will incur a 30% fee. If you refuse delivery, only the above fees (10% or 30%) will apply — no additional charges. If you return an order by yourself (instead of refusing delivery), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Only unopened, defective, or wrong items can be returned or exchanged. Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

16. How does the KlicLok system work?
The KlicLok system allows you to easily swap out different attachments for your Hismith machine. It uses a secure locking mechanism that ensures attachments stay in place while providing a smooth and easy change between accessories.

17. Can I control a Hismith sex machine with my phone?
All models that support APP control can be operated via your smartphone. Download our official “Hismith” app from Google Play or the App Store, and connect via Bluetooth. You can customize thrust length, speed, and explore multiple control modes for a personalized experience.

18. Can your machines be used on cam sites & tips?
Our machines can't be connected directly to cam sites. However, with the Hismith APP, you can generate a link and share it with viewers who give you tokens. They can then control your machine through the link.

19. Is Hismith compatible with other brands' attachments?
Hismith machines are not directly compatible with other brands’ toys, but we offer various adapters that make cross-brand use possible. With these, you can use many other brands’ attachments on Hismith machines — and vice versa.

20. How can I compare the differences between your machines?
You can use the product comparison feature on our website. On each product page, just below the “Add to Cart” button, click “Add to Compare” to add items. You can compare up to four products at once.

21. How do I clean my Hismith device?
Clean your machine with a soft cloth dampened with warm water. For attachments, use a toy cleaner or mild soap, then dry thoroughly before storage. Lubricate the slider rails monthly using high-temperature wheel bearing grease for smooth operation.
