Smaller than envisioned - closer to a small woman’s fist than a full sized “fist”. That said, feels amazing when on the machine with a great “popping” sensation when in use.

I was lightly curious on the size of this one I ordered. Turns out it’s the size of a small women's hand. This is perfect if you’re a beginner looking to get into something like this. It’s firm but squishy and is silicone. There’s also no smell.
