Great product, works perfectly - support (tried to) get back to
My order was missing an adapter. I emailed support about it, thought I didn't hear back; their email tag contains a bunch of chinese characters, so it went straight into my spam. I left a review here stating that I didn't hear back, and they contacted me through Amazon and fixed the issue promptly and politely. Highly recommended, support is great - if you need them, check your spam.
Good but some improvement is welcomed.
The machine performed well. The motor was getting a bit hot - enough to spoil fun, but not nearly enough to leave a burn mark.so maybe another layer of protection from a mesh would be a good idea. What was annoying to us - the huge and heavy metal remote control box, which is heavy and cold and kind of sharp in the corners. Also remote control connects to the machine with a long and semi-flexible cord, which os always in the way. Doesn’t allow my partner to relax completely. The small wireless remote control performed flawlessly. I would love to see ability to have detachable cable from the wired control box. So the large metal remote control box can be connected directly to the machine (or via a short cable) and be “not in a way” when using wireless remote control.
